Rotterdam orders 1000+ charging stations in car parks

Eneco eMobility has secured a major order from Rotterdam as part of a Europe-wide tender. The port city has commissioned the Dutch charging provider to install up to 1,250 charging stations for electric cars in the city’s car parks and parking sites over the next four years.

Seat Mii electric the cheapest of VW’s electric cars

Seat has published the price for the Mii electric for Germany. The small electric car of the Spanish Volkswagen subsidiary will be available at a basic list price of 20,650 euros and is, therefore, cheaper than the sister models of the Škoda and VW brands.

Mercedes delivers 93 natural gas hybrid buses

Mercedes-Benz has delivered 93 Citaro NGT Hybrid buses to the Dutch transport company EBS, which operates city buses in the Rotterdam-Den Haag metropolitan region in the Netherlands. The 83 solo and ten articulated buses are equipped with hybrid gas engines that can also run on bio natural gas.
