Timothy Eustace, Democratic Assemblyman in New Jersey, says that he had no idea what was going on when Tesla was voted out of the state in a meeting two weeks ago. Eustace is backing Tesla and has authored a proposal that seeks to amend state law to allow any electric carmaker to sell directly to customers.
