Electric mobility in Berlin, take two: The German capital’s “Eco-Mobility Festival,” planned for 2015 had to be cancelled, due to too much opposition from residents and politicians (we reported). The plan was that, for a whole month, only electric cars were to be allowed in parts of city. Now politicians hope to give it another go – this time without forbidding the use of petrol cars and in closer cooperation with local residents.
