PEV shares in California and The Netherlands.

In California, every 5th out of a 1,000 is a PEV, according to the US Energy Information Administration (EIA). This makes the Golden State the EV state of the country. Seems like the Netherlands are far ahead as there, electric and hybrid cars had a share of 15% in the last quarter of 2013. In 2014, the share normalised at 4.3%.
