The Dover Police Dep. in Delaware started a new series – the DashCam Confessionals. The star of this episode is a cop, rocking out to Taylor Swift’s “Shake it Off.” Literally dancing behind the wheel, he does put on a serious face every time there is a passerby – just to continue his dance routine when only YouTube is watching.
