California reaches milestone.

California has reached the milestone of 150,000 all-electric and plug-in hybrid cars, according to California Plug-In Electric Vehicle Collaborative. PEV sales in the Golden State now account for over 42 percent of all PEV sales in the U.S. and for about 15% of all plug-ins sold worldwide.
