Toyota and Lexus reach hybrid milestone in the UK.
No less than 200,000 hybrids by Toyota and Lexus have been sold in the UK, 15 years after the Prius was first introduced in the country. Hybrid sales account for 25% and 97% of Toyota’s Lexus’ total sales in the UK, respectively. Together, the two brands offer 11 hybrid models there.
