Who gets the ticket, when there is no driver?

That’s a question a California police officer faced after pulling over self-driving Google Car for going too slow. He chatted with the operators, who explained that speed had been reduced in order to not cause any danger, and then decided against issuing a ticket at all. So the Google Car still has a clean record.
