Adam Storey had good intentions when buying a Vauxhall Ampera (aka Chevy Volt). To charge it at home, he installed a charging station in front of his house and dared to drop the kerb for easy access. This incited Hull council to install a fence to keep him from charging, as it deemed the installation illegal in the first place. It seems worse than ICEing.
