Plug-in sales soar in U.S.

While only 4,424 all-electric cars were sold in the U.S. in February (6.6 percent less than in 2015), the number of plug-in hybrids is soaring. A total of 3,909 PHEVs rolled off the lot – a 51% percent increase compared to the same month last year.
