EV registrations in Europe.

A total of 35,730 electric vehicles were registered in Europe in the first quarter of 2016, marking a nearly 27 percent increase from last year. While most of these cars are in the UK, Spain saw the largest increase in registrations for alternative fuel vehicles; up over 50% from the last quarter.
