Fremont adds plugs.

The city of Fremont now counts 26 fast-chargers and 56 Level 2 charging points. Two more rapid and another six AC charging stations were added recently to service the cities 3,702 electric cars. Despite the Tesla factory being around the corner, not all EVs in the area are build locally.
