Exactly 31,772 electric cars and plug-in hybrids were sold in China in April according to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM). That is an increase of 190.6 percent compared to the same period last year. Pure EVs took the crown, with 23,908 units sold (+243.8%).
