A list of the 15 best-selling plug-in vehicles in the U.K. has been compiled by the RAC Foundation. The study found the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV to be the most popular, with nearly 20,000 vehicles registered. The Nissan Leaf came second with over 12,000 units on the road.
