Electric car sales in the U.S.

The number of BEVs sold in the U.S. dropped 14.6 percent in June compared to the same month last year. The same trend can be seen for hybrids, were sales dropped 14.4%. Plug-in hybrids saw a surge, on the other hand, gaining 25.7 percent compared to June 2015.
