Better roads with…poop?

Engineers are testing a swine bioadhesive called PiGrid as a possible replacement for petroleum. PiGrid is a pig poop-based adhesive that could be used to make asphalt. Unfortunately, the petroleum-like oil could not be refined to make fuels like petrol.
