A total of 2,968 electric and plug-in hybrid cars were newly registered in Norway in July, up 16.9 percent from July 2015. Whiles sales of pure EVs dropped 37.5 percent (1,103 units), PHEV sales soared, selling 1,865 times. That’s an increase of 140 percent compared to the same time last year.
