New EVs in France.

Exactly 2,270 new EVs rolled onto the roads of France in September, the same number as in the year before. It means that France has cracked the 20,000 EV mark this year. With 779 units sold, plug-in hybrids saw a surge of 75.5 percent compared to the same time last year.
