New registrations in Norway.

A total of 4,292 new plug-in vehicles were newly registered in Norway in November, which is a 38.4 percent increase compared to last year. 2,564 of those cars were purely electric and 1,730 plug-in hybrids. The country also saw three new fuel cell vehicles hit the road.
