EV sales in the U.S.

EV sales skyrocketed in the U.S. in December. A total of 13,077 BEVs were sold – a 62.3 percent increase compared to the same period last year. Plug-in hybrid sales even rose 81.8 percent compared to December 2015, reaching 10,211 sales. Pure hybrids remain popular in the States, with 34,501 units sold (+6.5%).
