January EV Sales in the U.S.

A total of 5,846 electric cars were sold in the States this February, almost 30% more than a year ago. The Model S takes the lead (1,700) followed by Nissan’s Leaf (1,037) and the Chevy Bolt (952). PHEV saw a stronger increase by about 60%, that is 6,247 plug-in hybrids. Hybrids counted 28,355 units.
