China: Leading Market for EVs.

Up to 7 million EVs and PHEVs should hit China’s roads by 2025, at least that is the target defined in a new road map by the country’s Ministry for Industry and IT. This would then equal 20 percent of the anticipated 35m total car sales that year and EVs are to reach 2m already by 2020.
