This is probably the most expensive ticket for speeding at the slowest rate ever. Vancouver police stopped a skater on his electric board and fined him 600 dollars. Not so much for being too fast, his board makes a mere 35 kph, but for not having insured what the provincial law regards to be a motor vehicle – strictly speaking.
