BYD sold 8,631 plug-in vehicles this May in China and while this is the best result in a month this year, it is still down 4 percent compared to the same month in 2016. Still, it looks like the Chinese giant is recovering from the government’s cut to NEV subsidies and the bestseller was all-electric.
