A total of 22,047 all-electric vehicles have joined the EU in this year’s second quarter, according to ACEA. Compared to the same period in 2016, it is a 50 percent plus. On top, 26,731 PHEV (+42,3%) and 102,969 hybrid cars (+61,1%) found buyers in Europe.
