Germans bought 2,177 electric cars in August, that is a plus of 137 percent and brings Autoland’s plug-in share close to 2 percent, 1.88% to be precise. This includes 2,167 plug-in hybrid sales (+214%). Diesel sales decreased by 13,8% but still stand at 95,636 units.
