Meet the e.Go Life fresh out of RWTH Aachen (video)

Deutsche Welle went to take a closer look at the e.Go Life, the small EV developed in Aachen, the birthplace of the now famous StreetScooter electric van.

The e.Go Life must be called a concept electric car because its got usability rather than fancy performance at its core. Just what you expect from an EV developed at an university, namely the RWTH.

The e.Go Life has a range of 120 kilometres, a three-hour charging time, and a low starting price of below 16,000 euros and DW avidly calls it a “small car for big cities.” Their report sees them speak both with the engineers as well as the entrepreneurs behind the EV.
