Isdera brings electrified Commendatore GT to Beijing

The German manufacturer Isdera surprised audiences at the Beijing Motor Show with a fully-electric sports coupe with winged doors. However, only two models of the BEV will be built.

The Commendatore GT is equipped with a 105 kWh battery pack, which feeds into two motors for a combined performance of 600 kW. The top speed is capped at 250 km/h, and the WLTP range is set at 500 km. It’s 1,750 kg can be brought from 1 – 100 km/h within about 3.7 seconds.

Isdera is shortform for “Ingenieurbüro (Engineering office) für Styling, Design und Racing”, and was founded in 1982 in Leonberg. As of last year, the company moved their HQ to Saarwellingen in the Saarland.
