Dog days in China

An electric vehicle recently crashed into a mobile-phone shop in China. But inside the car was not a person but a dog. It turned out the vehicle belonged to the neighbouring fruit shop, where a staffer had forgotten to switch off the car.

After finding the door open, dog then entered the car and apparently sat on the pedal, to propel the EV straight into the shop. A video shows scared shoppers dodging the apparently empty vehicle before a dog shows his shaggy head. Electric one-pedal driving has its own risks.
