Chinese EV startup Gyon presents first car model
Gyon is one of the newest EV manufacturers from the Chinese mainland. They have also recently announced their first vehicle model, which will be presented together with the brand in Los Angeles on the 08th of August. The vehicle features a 700 km range and will be able to accelerate from 0 – 100 km/h in four seconds.
A teaser image was released to create some hype for their presentation event. As far as we can tell, the silhouette looks like it belongs to a luxury sports vehicle with dynamic design.
What we do know so far, is that Gyon picked up the Chinese startup Sitech Electric Automobile as an investor, and is cooperating with the US American company Gaffoglio Family Metalcrafters for design. The autonomous driving system with which the vehicle is equipped was provided by Bosch.
