Smart charging solution to retrofit for homes
EO Charging of Britain has launched a small device that offers Automatic Load Management (ALM) for simpler EV chargers such as those often used at home. The eoALM module is separate from an EO charger and monitors a building’s energy profile.
Moreover, the little device can then manage the charging of an electric vehicle. Options include prioritising charging, turning down the power or, simply turning them off if the site is nearing its power usage limit – anything a smart charger would do.
The ‘eoALM’ unit is available from EO Charging and is compatible with the rest of their charging equipment offering.
