Second thoughts on living by example

The Bristol City Council is catching up with its own plans it seems and has put on hold an existing order of at least 64 diesel vans. The Council has halted the programme once it realised it conflicts with plans to impose a diesel ban in the city centre.

While the realization obviously comes a little late, it certainly didn’t help that the council waited until public backlash got loud enough to necessitate a reaction. We hope that following this fiasco, maybe more officials will take note.
