Cashflow on Wheels orders 20 electric trucks from Mullen
According to the partners, the order for the 20 small Mullen Three e-trucks is worth around 1.4 million US dollars, the equivalent of around 1.2 million euros. The model is an electric-powered truck in US vehicle class 3 with a gross vehicle weight of around five tonnes. Delivery of the 20 units is expected in May. They will then be deployed by Cashflow on Wheels on FedEx routes in Texas and Georgia.
Cashflow on Wheels itself is a logistics company based in Houston, Texas, that specialises in last-mile delivery, local and long-distance transport and other transport solutions. The order for the Mullen vehicle was coordinated via the dealer Pritchard Automotive.
“Cashflow on Wheel’s order reflects the growing demand for environmentally friendly commercial vehicles,” said David Michery, CEO and chairman of Mullen Automotive. “The Mullen THREE is a perfect fit to their diverse customer base, including FedEx and Amazon, from last-mile delivery to urban logistics.”
In August 2024, the US electric vehicle manufacturer received a major order worth 210 million dollars for 3,000 electric vehicles from Volt Mobility in the United Arab Emirates. Mullen’s acquisition of the Nikola battery business also attracted attention. Nikola’s production and testing facilities were subsequently installed at the Fullerton plant in California.
