Those driving electric cars from General Motors in the USA can now find, access, and pay for charging at more than 5,000 Electrify America fast-charging locations nationwide. This includes hyper-fast 350-kW chargers, without needing multiple apps.

In 2025, General Motors also collaborated on charging infrastructure with Pilot and EVgo to jointly operate 130 fast-charging locations in 25 US states. The year before, General Motors joine forces with Charge Point to install up to 500 ultra-fast charging ports with up to 500 kW at strategic locations in the USA by the end of 2025.

General Motors says the integration with Electrify America supports its broader goal of connecting drivers to an expanding ecosystem of public charging infrastructure. The company says it enables GM Drivers access to more than 250,000 public charging stations the U.S. and Canada.

“As EV travel continues to grow, so does the need for convenient charging experiences,” said Robert Barrosa, CEO and president of Electrify America. “Through this integration, GM EV drivers have more Hyper-Fast chargers to choose from and a seamless experience they can count on nationwide, helping them get to the places that matter.”
