In the ‘SkaleD - Scaling extrusion-based direct coating’ project coordinated by EAS Batteries, five research partners are further developing a process that directly coats electrodes in industrial battery cell production. The aim is to reduce the costs of manufacturing lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells.
