The first construction phase of the Fraunhofer Research Institution for Battery Cell Production FFB, also called PreFab, has been opened in Münster. The smaller PreFab is seen as an important step towards the establishment of the FFB Fab - which should then contribute to "successfully establishing Germany as an international leader in the long term."
