In future, China will ban car manufacturers from using the phrases ‘intelligent driving’ and ‘autonomous driving’ when advertising driver assistance functions. Manufacturers will also no longer be allowed to conduct public beta tests, and over-the-air updates can only be transmitted after validation has been completed.
