US DoE to invest in emissions reduction

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) announced $60 million for 24 research and development projects aimed at reducing CO2 emissions from passenger cars and light- and heavy-duty trucks. A total of $28.1 million will be awarded to accelerate innovation in EV batteries and electric drive systems.

Hytrucks to deploy 1000 H2 trucks by 2025

A consortium called HyTrucks has been formed by Hyzon Motors, Air Liquide and DATS 24 along with the ports of Rotterdam, Antwerp and Duisburg. Hytrucks has pledged to deploy 1,000 H2 trucks and 25 H2 refuelling stations by 2025.
