43 electric buses running in French Amien

A fleet of 43 new fully electric buses from Irizar have hit the roads in Amiens, northern France. Keolis is now operating the vehicles as part of the four new bus rapid transit (BRT) routes and charges both occasionally and at the depot.

London: TfL orders 20 fuel cell double-decker buses

Transport for London (TfL) has ordered 20 fuel cell double-decker buses from the Northern Irish manufacturer Wrightbus. The transit operator will use the hydrogen-powered buses in the British capital starting next year on routes 245, 7 and N7.

Spain: Badajoz deploys 15 BYD electric buses

BYD has delivered the 15 electric buses ordered last year for the Spanish city of Badajoz. The public transport operator Tubasa has further already put them into operation.
