More service, more EVs: The DELFIN project is a joined effort between the renowned German research institutes KIT, Fraunhofer IAO and RWTH Aachen university. The researchers aim to develop services designed to further the uptake of electric cars. Customer support is one topic, IT services another. Furthermore, the conglomerate is working on a forecast of future market trends. The project is part of the “Dienstleistungsinnovationen für Elektromobilität” (Innovations in services for e-mobility) initiative funded by the German ministry of education and research.
