Construction of China EV factory kicks off: The SAIC-GM-Wuling joint venture has begun building a factory for electric and hybrid vehicles in the Chinese southwestern province of Guangxi. The facility will have an annual capacity of 200,000 units. The JV has invested 470m dollars in the project.
