Sergio-Marchionne“I’m not as convinced as some others are about the fact that electrification is the solution for all of man’s ills. We need to experiment as we are doing now with connected cars and mobility as electrification is one of the potential answers.”

Fiat-Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne might still not seem very enthusiastic about giving electric mobility a shot, but at least he no longer shuns the possibility. The carmaker is looking to launch a small electric city car followed by an electric Maserati in Europe.

Gareth-Dunsmore“We’re leaders in crossovers and a leader with Leaf and we will combine those two in the future.”

Jay-Leno“I’ve got a Model S P90D, it’s a fantastic car. I don’t understand why people attack this car. It is made in America, by Americans. It is built local. You know we are becoming like the British — we like noble failures more than we reward success. I don’t know why that is.”

Jay Leno, host of “Jay Leno’s Garage,” is one of the biggest car collectors. He owns no less than 286 vehicles, including a Tesla, which he defends against critics. Especially since media seems to focus more on failures than success.
