Miss R – a 1 MW super sports car made in Taiwan

Start-up Xing Mobility presents an all-electric super car dubbed Miss R and wants it to be ready for serial production by late 2018. Well, “serial” refers to a limited edition of 20 units that shall hit the road by 2019.

The model has four electric motors with a cumulative output of 1MW, enabling a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 1.8 seconds and from 0 to 200 km/h in just 5.1 seconds. The sport car’s top speed is reported to be 270 km/h.

 

Regarding energy storage, Xing Mobility trusts a replaceable li-ion battery pack that is said to consist of 98 modules with all-in-all 4,116 cells. Multi-tech group 3M contributes a special liquid called „Novec Engineered Fluids“ in order to keep the battery cool. Data about Miss R’s range have not yet been provided. However, the price is already fixed: 1m U.S. dollars.
