Bert Klerk leads what is known to the Dutch as ‘Formula E Team’ but it is an advisory committee. In the electrive.com studio powered by P3 the chairman said e-mobility needs a concerted effort.

Bert Klerk chairs ‘Holland E-Mobility’ which connects local and federal government and includes technical universities, the automotive industry, or utilities.

In our interview he said the Netherlands are on the tipping point of EV adoption and so his independent association seeks to combine all interest and parties to form a lasting and integrated system of electric mobility.

Together they address challenges such as “access anxiety” – an issue that is Pan-European and requires combined effort in his words. You can see what else Bert Klerk had to say on smart stimulating EV policies, interoperable charging infrastructure and consumer outreach in our interview below that was recorded live at the EVS30 in Stuttgart.
