Delta Electronics to charge with 150 kW (video interview)

Jackie Chang, President & GM EMEA at Delta Electronics talks ultra fast-charging in Europe on our electrive.com couch at the EVS30. The Taiwanese company offers stationary energy storage but also EV charging stations that gear up for 150 kW.

Delta Electronics from Taiwan is in the business for EV charging solutions. Their latest equipment is a multi-standard rapid-charging station. It can be used by up to four vehicles at a time. Load capacity is 120 kW for DC and 65 kW in AC operation.

However, Delta’s president for Europe told us at the EVS30 that they are aiming for ultra-fast charging at 150 kW. In order to do so, the EV Power Bank is designed to level out peak and may supply enough power to charge at 150 kW.
