This robot is a cherry picker

The Burro is an autonomous robot, which will follow its user independently. Ir is not cute, but looks like a wheelbarrow and in fact works like one as it was designed to accompany farmers during harvest.

Rather than painstakingly wheeling their grapes down the acre themselves, farmers can now just program Burro and wait for it to roll after them faithfully. It can even recognize individual workers to follow around and Augean Robotics is planning to start large scale field tests this summer. You’ll find the next “Grapes of Wrath” novel under science fiction.
