Miniloop: A hyperloop for E-bikes

Architect Richard Moreta thinks he has envisioned the “ideal zero-emission transport system” and most cycle commuters may agree. As a plus, he certainly found a great name for it.

The Miniloop is an elevated and enclosed cycle path that harnesses renewable energy on top. The idea is to remove cycle commuters from regular traffic, both increasing safety, as well as luring other commuters to leave their cars behind.

Moreta also included an option for small electric vehicles, as well as providing charging stations for EVs and electric bikes. The Miniloop could also be modified to adapt to different weather requirements, as hotter places may benefit from an open roof, and cold ones from additional insulation.
