The Tesla Model 3 hugger
Forget about tree hugging for now, there is a new earth conscious (kind of) practice around and this one is more responsive than any old bark. This new Model 3 hugging is brought to you by Tesla and involves embracing the whole of your electric car.
Well, actually it is more about the backside of a Tesla Model 3. When hugged, that is pressed hard enough, one of the rear lights opens up to reveal the EVs beating heart, of sorts.
The surprise is Tesla’s latest easter egg that the engineers usually hide somewhere deep in the circuits of software. Undoubtedly, this one is much more hands-on as this picture series in a Tesla Facebook group reveals.
How exactly the guy got the idea to hug his Model 3 in the first place we do not know though. Yet if you are lucky enough to own one, be advised that it is not easy to get the electric car to open up to you. Both rear lights must be pressed at the same time, hence the hugging motion, for the right one, not the charge port, to pop open. So now, go on hugging …
