Tesla investors fall short in court
Investors have failed for the second time in an attempt to sue Tesla in court for allegedly providing misleading information about the progress of Model 3 production.
The court considers it proven that Tesla did indeed inform the investors about production difficulties. Among other things, Elon Musk had repeatedly and publicly mentioned going through “production hell”.
