ChargeUp Europe gains new members

ChargeUp Europe has just welcomed ABL + reev as its newest member. The Association says it is gaining ground in its mission to accelerate the rollout of EV charging infrastructure and enable seamless charging for drivers across the EU.

ABL is an electric mobility hardware manufacturer in Germany, also active in Scandinavia, the Netherlands, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, and other EU member states. The other company, called reev, is a provider of cloud-based electric mobility solutions and offers software and related applications for CPOs and drivers. The two companies ABL and reev also offer bundled solutions with electric mobility hardware and software in one package.

In spring 2020, Allego, ChargePoint and EVBox formed the ChargeUp Europe alliance to accelerate the development of charging infrastructure in Europe. In December last year, the group grew to eleven members, with Compleo and Last Mile Solutions and EVRoaming Foundation.
